The Weiss Distribution Technique, also know as WDT, tool is made of genuine rose wood with stainless steel needles.

This is a much more elegant replacement to your homemade tool made with a wine cork and paperclips!  Using this tool will help break down the clumps and evenly distribute the espresso in your portafilter to promote even extraction and overall better espresso.

      Weak construction

      Lasted a little under 3 months of regular daily use before one of the needles fell out of the handle. Pretty disappointed.
      Nice enough looking and feeling, and it worked as expected until it fell apart

      The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is personally I feel the looped ends to be a nuisance and don't stir well as they tend to make grounds spill over if you're not careful. But this is a minor thing as I've cut them off to have "needle" like ends and so it breaks up the grounds much better without spilling over... easy fix since they are plenty long enough anyway. Great buy! Loving it with the small modification!
