Colombian coffee beans are known for producing a sweeter cup with mellow acidity, smooth and rich texture, and a creamy body; with notes of pineapple daiquiri, tropical fruits, and "I'm on a boat!" (yes, that's real), this coffee is really a coffee daiquiri (and doesn't that sound nice right about now?)

So... What's a Sidra?

Sidra (also known as Sydra or Bourbon Sidra) is a new hybrid varietal, made of Red Bourbon varietals and Typica varietals. It has acquired the sweetness and the body of Red Bourbon and the bright taste and acidity of Typica.
