I was hesitant/reluctant to make the purchase/change, but Im I ever happy I did. Cannot believe the difference it made compared to the V1 steam wand I had. Why did I wait so long, oh well, now Im happy! Thank you guys for the excellent service you provide.
Great improvement over the original steam valve in my 2013 Rancilio Silvia. My old valve was not salvageable. The V3 steams so well, that I purchased a second one, to replace the working valve in my 2008 Silvia at our winter location.
My Silvia was getting tired, starting to have some issues. Decided to do some maintenance finally. Ordered up silicon group ring and a complete steam valve kit from Coffee Addicts. The installations were easy (should have done them a long time ago) and made my machine like new. Coffee Addicts had great parts, in stock, and sent them out very quickly, I believe the next day. Package arrived with a personal message and a few treats. Amazing service! Thanks, I'll be ordering more when I need additional parts.
