Introducing the new Impact Gravity Distributor, designed to directly address the biggest issue when it comes to achieving consistent extractions, channeling.  The new impact gravity distributor helps move the coffee grounds, by interlocking the particles creating less voids, reducing the chance of channeling. Resulting in improved consistency. Utilising impact technology, combined with Pesado's gravity and 6 blade technology, this distributor is like no other.

 

Ground Breaking Impact Technology:  The patent pending impact technology addresses one of the main issues that causes channeling in your extraction. Now ensuring a consistently uniform distribution of coffee grounds within the puck, by utilizing precise, controlled vibrations, this feature helps to fill all the voids and eliminate any air pockets in the coffee grounds. 

6 blades technology: Built with 6 blades the gravity distributor evens out the puck bed from the centre outwards with a consistent rate. With pointed plades the puck will be sqaured perfectly at the basket edge.

Adjustable speed: Built with an adjustable screw to speed up or slow down the gravity distribution blade, or lock off completely when you find perfect depth; giving you complete control over your distribution.

    One word: heavy

    This thing is heavy. It’s not for nothing they call this a gravity distributor: you will feel it. It fits nicely and precisely the portafilter and prepare well for a precise tamping. Pesado products are heavy and luxurious at the same time. You feel the difference.
