The funnel filter was easy to install and fit without any issues. Just make sure to keep the screws from the original funnel and use them.
One thing to be aware of is that funnel design changed slightly between the older and new gaggia classic models. This funnel itself will fit both models, however the older funnel lid will not fit properly into the newer funnel. It can be fixed by sanding down the corners of the old lid, or purchasing a replacement lid that will fit.
