1/4" BSP, 80mm.

The auto-fill probes on some equipment are bent prior to installing into the side of the boiler, so be sure to keep your old one so you can match the shape of your new one to it. These can safely be cut with wire snips to any shorter length.

Hello,
An addendum to my original review a few minutes ago. I can't seem to edit it, once submitted?

Looking back I should have brought in the old probe to compare, as I see browsing the website, the 100mm probe one would probably have been the correct one.

Hello,

I realized this version of temperature probe is not the same as the original from the machine (2016 ish version). It's too short.
See the picture showing the new temperature probe, will not sit as deep in the nylon sleeve as the old one. Tightening the small 11,12mm nut carrying the sleeve did not move down the the old depth.
As a result the boiler would fill to a deeper depth.

Also the top of the probe blade is larger than the original.
My solution I cleaned (scotchbrite pad) the old probe and reinstalled it for now. Cheers Alain
