This E61 group head pressure gauge will allow you to measure the pressure going through the group head during the brewing process.  It screws right into the front of the group head instead of the M6 Allen screw.  You might be able to reuse the washer under your current screw, but this guage comes with a couple extra M6 copper washers that can also be used as spacers do get the gauge to screw in straight. Teflon tape can also be used for a tight seal and to get the perfect positioning.  Please make sure the E61 coffee machine is turned off and cooled down prior to installing the gauge.

Great Addition

I really like the ability to monitor the group head pressure. I do have a pressure gauge on the machine but that is the boiler pressure. It only varies a little bit but it does help dial in the perfect pressure.

I really like this gauge. Easy to install right on group head. Even though my Rocket has a pump gauge, being able to see the pressure right at the group head has been great.

Looks & Works Well

The gauge may take a little tinkering to get it both aligned (aesthetically) and leak-proof.
However, with thread tape & washers (supplied) or, similar items commonly found at home, it will sit securely & correctly on your group head. I had already had one on my Appartamento but it was an old, repurposed pressure gauge with a white face. This item offered the black face dial & seems designed for an E-61 group head.
Finally, the price & shipping were good & it arrived fairly quickly coming from way up in the Great White North down to me, near New Orleans.Rating:👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
